The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) could be keeping some huge news under wraps. Y&R fans know that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) bailed on Chance shortly before the concert, so he offered up his extra ticket to Summer instead.
That alone could be a secret if Chance simply told Sharon that he went with a friend and left Summer’s name out of it.
It could bring an opportunity for Summer to let something slip if Chance hasn’t told the whole truth.
Of course, it’s also possible Chance told Sharon about giving his extra ticket to Summer, especially since she was such a massive fan of the band he was going to see.
In that case, there could still be a secret if Summer and Chance perhaps did something scandalous after the concert.
It’s easy to imagine Chance and Summer having a little too much to drink at a VIP party since Chance indeed had VIP access.
What if one thing led to another and Chance hooked up with Summer? If so, Y&R could ultimately show fans a faux flashback of that passionate encounter.
At some point, maybe they’ll reveal that things took a steamy turn between Chance and Summer backstage or even somewhere more private – like Summer’s suite or Chance’s apartment.
Whatever the case, it’d be interesting if Chance and Summer have a dirty little secret they’re keeping now.
Summer might assume Chance views it as a drunken mistake and promise to keep her mouth shut.
Chance could get the idea that Summer doesn’t want it to be anything more than a hookup, so he might agree to keep quiet, too.
Plus, Chance really does seem to have a nice connection with Sharon – and he truly doesn’t want to hurt her.
There are a lot of reasons why Chance might want to brush his hot night with Summer under the rug if things went too far.
However, Summer and Chance’s burning desires may not be contained for long.
Secrets have a way of coming out in Genoa City, so Sharon will inevitably discover the real story if Chance and Summer’s post-concert experience got wild!
