The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) may end up wanting to hurt Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) as much as he’s hurt her. Since Kyle hopped in bed with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and no longer cares about his marriage vows, two can play that game.
Kyle really needs to think about how he’d feel if the situation were reversed. You can bet jealous Kyle would fume over Summer landing in bed with someone else – especially so soon after the separation decision.
That could be where this storyline is headed one Summer learns Kyle slept with Audra before she’d even moved out of the house!
Summer definitely seems to be on the verge of finding out the scandalous details of what Kyle and Audra have been doing behind closed doors.
Of course, Kyle is also interested in Audra’s offer to work at Newman Media, so these two could spend a lot of time mixing business with pleasure.
Y&R spoilers suggest Summer could spin out in some surprising ways once Kyle’s actions sink their marriage even further into this pit of hopelessness.
Y&R fans expect to see Summer wanting to retaliate, so she might find someone she can take to bed as well.
If so, that someone could be Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), who’s become a supportive confidant for Summer lately. Summer and Chance could take things out of the friend zone under the circumstances.
Chance is a good guy who wouldn’t want to take advantage of Summer’s vulnerability, but she could assure him that this is what she wants and needs to feel better.
Plus, Chance is probably pretty lonely these days since his potential romance with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) seems to have fizzled, so he may wind up wanting and needing Summer, too.
The stars could align for Chance and Summer to surrender to each other, so Kyle could get a taste of his own medicine once his wife’s getting passionate with another man!
