The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) will be desperate to pull off a grand gesture and show Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) how sorry she is. Summer knows she screwed up big time by putting Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) first, so she’s got a lot of damage to undo.
Of course, Kyle isn’t so sure that Summer’s remorse is genuine. Although Kyle wants to believe Summer truly regrets her deception, another part of him worries that she’s just sad she got caught.
However, Y&R spoilers say Kyle could be the one who gets caught the next time around! Kyle is sitting on his throne of judgment, but he could get knocked off it thanks to some shocking new developments.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) definitely has her eye on Kyle and may succeed in getting him in her bed sooner or later.
That could collide with Summer’s potential grand gesture and a plan that could end in heartache.
It’s easy to imagine Summer reserving a special suite at the athletic club under the circumstances.
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) might even push Summer to make some romantic plans and surprise Kyle with a grand gesture to win him over.
Summer might hope they could enjoy a suite to themselves – complete with rose petals, mood lighting and a bottle of bubbly. Stepping off the Abbott property and all the conflict going on there could be helpful, too.
Unfortunately, Summer’s grand gesture could end in disaster depending on how things go down with Audra.
It’d be interesting if while Summer was preparing a romantic suite for Kyle’s surprise, she caught Kyle and Audra entering a suite of their own.
That could lead to Summer barging in the door – just like Kyle barged in on Summer’s secret meeting with Phyllis and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei).
It might be Summer’s turn to face a crushing blow, so Kyle could turn into the guilty party who’s desperate for forgiveness.
