The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, February 16, tease that Daniel Romalotti Jr (Michael Graziadei) will let his heartbreak sink in. Following Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) news that she’s moved on with someone else, Daniel will have to face reality and accept that she’s done with him.
Of course, Daniel still has a shot of repairing the damage with his daughter, Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant).
It turns out Lucy is actually in a nearby hotel suite – not all the way in boarding school like Daniel expected.
Heather may admit that eventually, but she’ll also want Daniel to understand that Lucy has faced struggles of her own.
Daniel hurt his family on a profound level when he shut them out, so Lucy will be wary of opening her heart back up to her dad.
Nevertheless, Daniel will hang onto hope when it comes to fixing things with Lucy.
It’ll take some serious work and patience, but Daniel and Heather should be on the same page about Lucy coming first no matter what.
Next, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will also have a second chance on his mind as he pleads with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
After Tucker makes a powerful speech and tries to get things back on track with Ashley, she should have an intriguing response.
Ashley is running a con of some sort and plans to gain the upper hand on Tucker.
That means Ashley will have to keep Tucker on the leash a bit and show just enough interest to keep hope alive between them.
However, Tucker may be right about the undeniable passion he shares with Ashley.
Deep down, Ashley may be more drawn to Tucker than she’s willing to admit – even when she’s infuriated by him.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will remain drawn to each other as well, so let’s talk about how they’re blurring professional and personal lines.
That’ll happen again on Thursday’s Y&R episode, so there’s the potential for Nate and Victoria to surrender to temptation once it skyrockets.
Victoria and Nate might share another kiss for now, but it looks like the situation could escalate to an even steamier level during the week of February 20-24.
In the meantime, Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) will make waves following his return to Genoa City, so he’ll pester Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and many others while he’s back in town – no doubt for revenge.
