The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, May 25, tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will return from New York and fill Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) in on how her trip went. Of course, Daniel will have to decide how much he’ll spill about what happened in Lily’s absence!
Although information about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is on a need-to-know-basis, Daniel cares about Lily and will surely hate the thought of keeping his mom’s survival a secret.
It’s possible Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) will spill the beans anyway thinking that Lily already knows.
One way or another, it looks like Lily will get updates on the real story, which is good since Daniel could use someone to lean on.
At some point, Y&R spoilers say Lily will also catch Daniel by surprise, so it sounds like these two will trade bombshells.
Lily may take an unexpected stance or have some shocker to share – like maybe seeing a woman who looked like Phyllis on her way back into town.
Over with Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James), he’ll avoid getting down in the mud with someone.
That could mean Devon will cross paths with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) again and try to keep the peace, especially if Abby Newman-Abbott’s (Melissa Ordway) there with him.
Devon will end up making a vow to Abby, who may be concerned about another round of family drama.
Perhaps Devon will promise not to let anything invade his blissful bubble with Abby and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) since things are going so well.
Next, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will receive marching orders from Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), so she could shut down his attempts to investigate the Phyllis case any further.
Once Chance insists Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and the others might be onto something, he may push Christine too hard and cause a heated argument.
Whether Christine approves or not, Chance will go dumpster diving and hope to uncover some untainted evidence that could prove Phyllis is still alive.
Meanwhile, Phyllis will get sneaky as she wears a disguise and secretly meets with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier), so she’ll be taking a huge risk to get in-person information from her daughter.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will have plenty of unpleasant news to divulge regarding Daniel’s strategy, so stay tuned.
