The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, October 5, reveal that Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) return to town will cause some chaos at the jazz lounge. Of course, the trouble started with Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) purchasing a substantial stake in Chancellor-Winters, so she obviously knew Jill was going to blow her top.
Now Jill’s indeed back in GC to go ballistic and demand answers about what Mamie’s really up to.
Although Mamie will talk about family unity and taking advantage of a profitable business opportunity, Jill won’t think she has all the facts.
As the tension heats up, Jill will fight harder to uncover the mystery of Mamie’s true agenda.
However, Mamie will dig her heels in and play innocent – though she’ll clearly have some secrets that’ll be revealed when the time is right.
Even Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) will question Mamie’s motives a bit, so Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will rush to her defense and cause quite a confrontation.
Mamie will insist this is a perfect example of why she returned and will hope to help her family heal.
Despite Jill’s attempt to buy the shares back, Mamie will plan to hold onto them and rise to the challenge when it comes to achieving family harmony.
Speaking of challenges, Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) has overcome a lot of them to finally land on cloud nine in her marriage to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
It’s almost time for Jack and Diane to celebrate their wedding with a big party, so there’ll be a little more planning to do.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane will make a crucial choice on Thursday’s Y&R episode, so that’ll undoubtedly be a risky one.
It might involve the guest list or some other part of the shindig that could end in catastrophe if Diane chooses wrong.
Then again, this could involve a new plan to help Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) since Diane has been so worried about him.
No matter what Diane decides, she’ll commit to her choice and hope for the best.
