The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 10, teases that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will assume his Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) traitor proof will be enough to halt the IPO, but he’ll be mistaken aback that.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will be deeply troubled by yet another threat to Chancellor-Winters, but she may point out that Audra still did her job.
Audra paved the way for the company to go public, so Jill may not care that much as long as Audra’s gone.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will assure Jill that Audra’s employment has indeed been terminated.
There’ll be concerns about how it would look if they delayed the IPO again, so Lily and Jill will want to move forward with it.
That’ll pretty much be Devon’s breaking point since he won’t think Jill and Lily are behaving rationally at all.
The news that the IPO is still happening will push Devon over the edge.
Devon will think it’s best if he just takes back his portion of Chancellor-Winters – meaning he would offer up the money for Hamilton-Winters so they could do whatever they wanted on their own at Chancellor.
Since Jill and Lily will feel the merger makes the company far stronger, they’ll brainstorm a new proposal and hope they can salvage things with Devon.
Other Y&R spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will hope to have a real conversation with Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and avoid another round of hostility.
Summer was planning to take Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez) to Paris on a trip, but Phyllis may catch her before their flight assuming that trip’s still on.
Phyllis will do whatever she can to patch things up with Summer, but her loose cannon behavior will continue to make waves in the episodes ahead.
As for Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters), Y&R fans know she plans to pass Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) loyalty test by stealing from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
That means Diane will have to nail down all the details of what she’s stealing and when she’ll pull it off.
Jack will play a critical role in Diane’s scheme, so he’ll take a gamble as an ally.
We’ll see Jack raise the stakes, so the stage will be set for Nikki to get targeted and have something major swiped from her.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack may create a diversion for Diane soon, but there could be snags that force some updates to their plan.
