The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 9, tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will once again face Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) fury now that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is out on bail.
Ashley may rant about Diane’s ankle monitor and suggest that says a lot about the kind of woman Jack plans to marry.
Of course, Ashley will continue to believe Diane is influencing Jack’s behavior in the worst possible way.
Jack isn’t making good decisions as far as Ashley’s concerned, but he’ll feel justified in doing whatever it takes to keep Diane comfortable and prove her innocence.
While Jack doubles down on his Diane defense, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) will have another faceoff in the park.
Daniel will be adamant that the truth about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) must come out, but Summer will push her brother to stay quiet and stick to their mom’s plan.
That could give Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) a chance to come along and wonder what the siblings are fighting about.
Kyle will indeed search for Summer, so he may find this showdown in progress and suspect his wife’s got a secret when she suddenly clams up.
Summer will dig her heels in and keep pushing for space, which means the distance in her marriage to Kyle is going to take even more of a toll.
Other Y&R spoilers say Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will make a daring move, so that could involve some way of retaliating against Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Elena may also make a physical move by packing up her stuff and moving out of the penthouse immediately.
It’s safe to say Elena won’t want to spend a minute longer under the same roof with Nate the cheating liar!
Nate will keep processing the news of his breakup as he deals with some complicated feelings, but Victoria will hope he realizes she’s a much better match for him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get updates on Nate’s betrayal with Victoria soon, so stay tuned to see how he’ll target them both.
