The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, September 12, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) will do some party planning. Although Diane and Jack are already married, they still want to have a big celebration and prove their love to Genoa City.
Of course, people aren’t exactly lining up around the block to support this union, but Jack will be eager to show off his new wife anyway.
Diane will be on board with this wedding reception as well, so she’ll help Jack set a date as they look forward to their party this fall.
Jack and Diane’s marriage is obviously going quite well, but the same apparently can’t be said for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) own newlywed status.
Y&R spoilers say some drama’s about to erupt on Tucker and Ashley’s honeymoon, so it’ll leave Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) with questions about her missing mother and why she’s refusing to call her back.
What happens on the Tuesday, September 12 Y&R episode?
Abby will get worried enough to confront Tucker in his suite at the GCAC, but he’ll be cagey about why he came home alone.
Tucker will only hint that Ashley has reconsidered their new business plan and will fly into a rage when Abby pressures him for more info.
Other Y&R spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will revert to her scheming tendencies and make a mess, so that could lead to bad news.
When Phyllis has the opportunity to meddle in Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and Summer Newman-Abbott’s (Allison Lanier) love lives, she won’t be able to resist.
Phyllis seems to think Daniel would be better off reuniting with Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and putting their family back together with Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant).
Despite Daniel’s attempt to convince Phyllis to back off, she’ll make another move to potentially push Heather and Daniel back together.
That’s going to spark some trouble between Daniel and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) soon enough.
In the meantime, Phyllis will interfere in Summer’s own matters of the heart, so we’ll see if that involves a Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) reunion plot or a shove toward a fresh start with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
Either way, Summer and Chance will indeed find themselves growing closer in the coming episodes, so you can bet that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will notice.
