The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, December 4, reveals that Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will let Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) listen to the demo of a song that she inspired.
Over an early lunch, Danny will admit Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has inspired him lately too since she’s trying to head down a better path. Since that helped Danny work out some lyrics about forgiveness, he’ll give credit where credit is due.
That said, Danny will basically act like there’s no comparison between Phyllis and his real muse Christine.
At Crimson Lights, Phyllis will interrupt Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) conversation with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), but Summer will claim they were just discussing business.
That’ll irritate Phyllis since she thought she was making progress with Summer, but now her daughter will be shutting her out again.
Summer will decide she’s being unfair to Phyllis, so she’ll confess to lying and admit her love life was the real topic of discussion.
Summer will be on the fence about whether she should eventually try to fix her marriage to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Part of Summer will feel like it’s the right thing to do, especially since it’d be good for Harrison Abbott (Kellen Enriquez).
Another part of Summer will want Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) so much that it makes her dizzy sometimes, so Phyllis will urge Summer to follow her heart and not worry about Chance seemingly being unattainable.
When Summer quizzes Phyllis about her own love life, Phyllis will seem excited to elaborate over a meal at the athletic club.
Unfortunately, that plan will go awry when Phyllis enters with Summer and gets a front-row seat to Chrstine locking lips with Danny.
At Society, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will speak with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) about her Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) problems.
Although Jill will warn about the threat to Chancellor-Winters, Billy will point out that Jabot is facing a threat, too.
Chelsea will ultimately join the discussion and get updates on Jill’s job offer for Billy. Since Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has other Abbotts backing him up, Jill will urge Billy to leave Jabot and come back to work at Chancellor-Winters since she needs family support.
At the ranch on Monday’s Y&R episode, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) and the Newmans involved in the lake house chaos will return to Genoa City.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will spot the vodka bottle at the bar right away and find herself struggling to resist it.
There’ll be talk about Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and how she needs to be found right away. Victor will be eager to put Jordan in prison and make her pay the price along with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
Victor, Nikki and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) won’t have any sympathy for Claire, but Victoria will hint about feeling sorry for her since Jordan brainwashed her from the get-go.
Cole won’t think Claire was lying about her belief that she was born Eve Nicole Howard. Victoria will also think back to Claire’s stunned expression when Jordan threw her that stolen baby curveball.
Thanks to Victor’s people doing an investigation, he’ll be able to verify some crucial facts – like Jordan being Eve’s sister and a registered nurse.
Jordan really did work at Memorial briefly, so Victor will reveal that she was employed there when Victoria gave birth to Eve. After what they believed was the baby’s demise, Jordan vanished.
Victoria will struggle to process all this, so she’ll race out of the room and wind up at Crimson Lights. Cole will follow Victoria and hint that if they want the truth about Claire, then they’ll have to face her again.
In the Newman living room, Nick will bring up the idea of a DNA test, but Victor’s main goal will be locating Jordan to put her in the slammer along with Claire.
