The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is crashing back into the business world in a very bold way. This doesn’t just affect Newman Enterprises. Victor is pulling out of Chancellor-Winters after “rectifying” a family business situation.
Now, Victor seems to be rectifying situations at his own company. Victor also recently dropped a big clue about his ultimate end game. Let’s discuss how this could affect the Newman empire, Chancellor-Winters as well as Jabot and Marchetti.
Teaching Victoria Newman
Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor has returned to the business world with a bang. Victor is fed up with his squabbling children, especially since there is a family empire to run.
The constant musical chairs behind boardroom doors certainly don’t make investors, employees or the public feel very confident.
Victor’s scheme seems to have begun with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Victor was concerned about Victoria’s decisions, especially after bringing Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) on board.
Then, Victoria put Nate on the fast track to reach the glass ceiling. Meanwhile, Victoria and Nate have also been sleeping together.
Now Victor has taken control of Newman Enterprises again. Victor demoted Victoria, but soon got fed up with her insubordination.
Victor also made a loud statement by quietly replacing Victoria’s portrait with his own in the office. Next, expect Victor to give Nate an assistant… Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Y&R Spoilers: Chancellor-Winters Bombshell
Meanwhile, Victor was also dropping bombshells on another company… Chancellor-Winters. Victor told Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that he was pulling out of the company. Then, Victor informed Lily that he had a third-party investor, but refused to give a name.
When Lily pushed for an explanation, Victor only said that he was fixing a family business situation.
As Y&R fans recall, there was big trouble brewing between Lily and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Now that it’s been resolved, Victor told Lily he has to rectify a situation at his own company.
Nate Hastings’ Catastrophic Career Fate
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that back to Nate, there could be a reason why Adam is his assistant. Victor fixing a “family business situation” at Newman Enterprises could mean getting rid of the non-family members.
Nate was once accused of trying to be a Newman. It was an interesting statement.
After all, Nate crossed his own family, which led to him being booted from Chancellor-Winters. Suddenly, he gets on board at Newman Enterprises and quickly zooms up the ladder.
It’s clear to everyone except Victoria what Nate is really doing. However, Victoria always has to learn the hard way. So, Victor could be putting Adam in a position where he has to prove that Nate is untrustworthy.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Fixing Summer and Kyle
Now, the Newman empire and Chancellor-Winters aren’t the only family businesses that are going through shakedowns. Marchetti recently went through some huge changes when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) left.
As far as Jabot, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) discovers deception inside the company.
Jack is on the fence about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Then, there is Phyllis helping Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) frame Billy for stealing Jabot funds.
Now, what does this have to do with Victor? Well, Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) comes to town for a “matter of importance.”
Then, Mamie grills Nate while Chancellor-Winters waits for news about the mysterious investor. So, Mamie might be connected to Victor’s storyline.
With Victor recently telling several people… including others not related to him… that family members “belong” in their family businesses, could that be his ultimate goal?
Is Victor not only fixing Chancellor-Winters and the Newman empire, but could he try to use Jabot and Marchetti to fix Kyle and Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) broken marriage, too?
Perhaps it will not only reunite “Skyle,” but repair the Abbott family while also squashing Tucker’s evil plans.
