The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of July 3-7 reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will have to make some tough decisions and wade through some rocky waters at Jabot.
Jack’s decision to promote Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will put a strain on his relationship with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), who could turn against his brother eventually.
Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will also make some bold power plays as a team, so they’ll catch Jack and Diane off guard in the process.
Meanwhile, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will surprise Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as well.
Although Nikki isn’t normally a big fan of Adam’s, she might put old issues aside for a moment and offer compassion over his lost baby girl.
Adam will continue to struggle, especially since Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) can’t forgive him for putting her life above their daughter’s.
That wasn’t really Adam’s fault, but Sally is still grieving and may not be able to stop blaming him just yet.
As for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), he’ll play a dangerous game.
Will Kyle hook up with Audra multiple times or could this just be about keeping their initial bedroom session under wraps?
Regardless, it’s always a dangerous game when Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is player number two, so Kyle will have to be careful – especially if he doesn’t want Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) to find out.
As for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), he’ll pat himself on the back and celebrate with a toast.
Nate will feel like he’s well on his way to achieving all the success he wants and acquiring the power he craves.
That’s why interim COO Nate will take a little victory lap – and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will likely join him with a glass of the fancy bourbon they like to savor.
Of course, Nate is using Victoria on some level, even if he’s genuinely attracted to her.
Victoria and Nate have a complex relationship that’s bound to bring some other messy problems as time goes on.
Across town, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will have to mull over everything Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) left her in his will.
It’ll be unsettling to even think about Cameron’s parting gift, but Sharon will indeed have to make some choices about how to proceed.
Other Y&R spoilers say Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will make an exciting move, so there’s a good chance that’ll involve settling in a new home.
Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) and Abby Newman-Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will likely move in the Chancellor mansion since Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) suggested the idea, so Devon’s penthouse will be empty.
That could give Lily the perfect new space – and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) might join her in living there down the road.
