The Young and the Restless Update: Tuesday, April 18 – Diane’s Good News – Jack’s Next Step – Mo Rocca Returns as Milton

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 18, teases that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will run into the very dapper Milton (Mo Rocca) at Society, where this accountant will turn on the charm.

Mo Rocca’s last Y&R appearance as Milton was back in 2014, when he crushed hard on the blonde bombshell.

Milton should be crushing hard once again as he interacts with Nikki and perhaps does her a favor if she asks for one.

However, Nikki will also make time to berate Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), who’ll offer updates on Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) phone call.

After Jack practically begs Michael to come to Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) rescue, Michael will confess that he’s thinking about representing her.

Nikki will lash out at Michael for turning his back on Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and advise against giving Diane any legal help.

Of course, Michael may ultimately suspect that the cops have it wrong.

Perhaps Michael will decide that real justice for Phyllis means the truth has to come out – and it won’t be real justice if Diane’s framed for a crime she didn’t commit.

Since it looks like Michael’s going to take the case, that’ll mean good news for Diane.

Michael is an excellent attorney who really knows the law, so Jack will consider this a big win.

That’ll give Jack a chance to focus on the next step in proving Diane’s innocent – whatever that may be!

Unfortunately, Diane will start to lose hope and will eventually push Jack to give up on her when he comes to visit.

In the meantime, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will do a little more digging and will face a shocker in this investigation.

That could have something to do with Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) death if Chance follows a trail of motel evidence.

Phyllis may be in over her head after killing Jeremy with a pair of scissors.

It was self-defense, but it won’t look that way after Phyllis disposes of the body somewhere.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will hope to wiggle out of the jam she’s made for herself, so stick with the CBS soap.
