That means it’s time for a sonogram and to find out if it’s a baby girl or boy. In the promo clip, Sally and Adam find out that they are having a little girl. Now, here is the awkward part of the situation.

In the promo clip, Nick stands awkwardly as Sally and Adam exclaim with joy over the baby gender results.
Of course, Nick smiles but it’s awkward. Plus, he’s just standing there while Sally and Adam celebrate this moment together.
Of course, this will just be the first of many moments that Sally and Adam will share together.
Now that they are having a baby, there will be more special bonding moments. The gender reveal is just the first one, so where does that leave Nick?
Victor Newman’s Proposal
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of April 24 reveal that the promo clip also features Nick and Victor.
Of course, Victor has this grand plan on how to bring Adam and Nick together as brothers rather than rivals.
Even though Victor might have the best intentions, Adam and Nick are probably not going to agree to work together.

It is teased that Nick will finally drop another bombshell on Victor. As Victor slams Sally, saying she’s making a fool of Nick, there is a hilarious “OMG” moment.
Nick tells Victor that he is expecting a new granddaughter. With that, Victor’s jaw drops open, and he stammers “granddaughter????”
Perhaps this will make the baby more “real” to Victor.
As Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) said in a recent episode, it’s not about protecting Sally, it’s about protecting the baby.
