The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview video for the week of June 12-16 reveals that Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will be stuck in captivity thanks to Cameron Kirsten’s (Linden Ashby) disturbing scheme.
After Faith misses her flight, Sharon will get confirmation of foul play. Cameron will send a photo to prove he’s holding Faith hostage and get Sharon’s attention.
Sharon’s emotions will pour out once she sees Faith bound, gagged and at Cameron’s mercy.
Cameron will prove he’s more menacing than ever as he tells Faith how beautiful she is and strokes her hair.
Captive Faith will recoil in disgust, but there won’t be anything she can do to escape Cameron and whatever he has in store for her.
Cameron’s next move will certainly worry Sharon, who’ll end up speaking with him over the phone and demanding her daughter.
“You’ll get your daughter back,” Cameron says in a new Y&R promo. “I just can’t guarantee the condition.”
Sharon will fear that means Cameron’s going to take deadly action and make Faith pay with her life.
“He does not bluff! He will kill her!” Sharon warns in the preview clip.
Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will certainly want to proceed with caution and may push Sharon to let the police handle this.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), on the other hand, will want to take care of business himself!
However, Cameron will order Sharon to come without any sort of backup, so she’ll know Cameron could murder Faith if she shows up with other people – especially Nick since Cameron hates him so much.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Sharon will approach Cameron alone at first, but it might be part of a risky trap.
Regardless, Nick certainly won’t want Sharon gambling with her own life either and will resolve to save her as well as Faith from grim fates.
There’ll be some nerve-wracking moments between Sharon and Cameron before Nick leaps into action and launches a violent faceoff.
Faith will survive Cameron’s reign of terror, but she could still be injured and will at the very least be traumatized by this whole ordeal.
