The Young and the Restless preview video for the week of September 4 focuses on Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gets Daniel to make a confession while Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) listens nearby.
Meanwhile, Lily admits to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that she fears Daniel and Heather might end up getting back together. However, could Lily be jumping the gun, and could she sabotage her own relationship?
Phyllis Summers’ Meddling
Y&R spoilers reveal that the preview video begins with Daniel and Phyllis. Daniel and Phyllis talk about Heather staying in Genoa City. Phyllis tries to coax a love confession out of Daniel.
Now, Phyllis knows that Daniel doesn’t like his mother meddling in his personal life. So, Phyllis appears to try to discuss a controversial topic with Daniel gently.
Even though Phyllis is meddling, Daniel doesn’t seem to take it too badly. Daniel knows that his mother is coming from a place of love.
Y&R Spoilers: Torn Heart Confession
During the week of September 4, fans can expect Daniel to chuckle as Phyllis asks about Heather. Phyllis pries that perhaps Heather being in town has stirred up some old feelings.
Daniel does admit that Heather’s decision has thrown him for a loop. That is all Daniel confesses in the preview clip, though.
From the expression on Daniel’s face as well as his body language, the answer is clear. Daniel does have feelings for Heather despite him being committed to Lily.
Now, it should be noted that the preview video suggests that Heather overhears Daniel and Phyllis talking.
Billy Abbott Reconnects
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the preview clip then shoots over to Lily and Billy.
Even though these former flames haven’t interacted lately, they will reconnect during the week of September 4.
Lily opens up to Billy about her situation with Daniel. That is when Lily tells Billy that she’s concerned about Heather staying in town.
Billy listens and tries to gauge the situation.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Lily Winters’ Mistake?
Lily tells Billy that she has a feeling that Heather regrets moving on from Daniel. Billy asks if Daniel could be pulled back to Heather.
For a moment, Lily hesitates as she thinks about her answer. Then, with a hopeless and distraught look in her eyes, Lily says “It’s possible.”
It sounds like Lily is dreading having her heart broken. However, could Lily be jumping the gun here?
Is it possible that Lily’s fear might cause her to subconsciously sabotage her own relationship?
