In tonight’s Big Brother episode, two houseguests learned that their game has been downgraded. This was a new thing. It was created for BB AI and the artificial intelligence knows how to hold a grudge. She downgraded two people that voted against her entering the house as a player.

It was revealed she didn’t need their permission. She was going to be with them the whole way whether they liked it or not. She also wasn’t going to be the bigger person about it. She downgraded Chelsie and Cedric. They both learned that they couldn’t vote in the next eviction. Nor could they even play for veto.

They were just left at the bottom. It was the worst place to be. They could also get evicted in spite of not having a vote. Which was basically BB AI’s way of writing “prey” on them. This was a game after all and many would come after the two now that BB AI has made it so easy to evict someone. There were also two people that won an upgrade to their game. Makensy and Quinn were nice to BB AI. They wanted her to join the house and so they got to play for an upgrade. That then won, but they didn’t know about it.

Their upgrade wasn’t announced after the houseguests learned who had been downgraded. Meaning there’s no target on their backs. They also got to know each other as a group. They all introduced themselves. There were two chefs. There were two Filipinos. There were two people in their fifties. The houseguests were from all over. They loved sharing stories. Some even considered who they’d party with after leaving the house. There was some flirting as well. And that kinda stopped when BB AI asked four people to be the Have Nots.

The Have Nots would eat slop. They would sleep in the Have Not Room. Cam, Quinn, Kimo, and Tucker. The guys regretted their choice when they saw the Have Not Room. It was a little too dazzling on the eye. It also didn’t seem comfortable at all. Quinn only agreed to be a Have Not because he figured he was bound to end up as one. He thought that by agreeing ahead of time that he could reclaim some of his power. Only that room terrified him. He didn’t think he’d survive it for more than a day.

Then Angela revealed too much with Matt. She called Matt a pretty boy. She basically written off as a future showmance and she reminded the other women not to sacrifice their own game for him. He wasn’t worth nearly a million dollars. She was playing so hard that Matt knew he couldn’t trust her. He managed to develop a bond with Kenney. Kenney mentioned he was in the military. Matt’s family has served in the military. Matt’s dad was now a cop. He brought that up to Kenney and Kenney didn’t reveal he was a cop. He was still hiding that fact.

Kenney was afraid of blowing up his own game by mentioning that. He was worried that the anti-cop stance could cost him the prize. He also wasn’t going to trust anyone on day one. Matt trusted him. Kenney didn’t trust Matt. When Matt started mentioning that Angela was a threat, Kenney heard him out. He claimed that’s where his own mindset was going. Who knows if he was telling the truth. Kenney could have jumped on the bandwagon to protect himself and all the while everyone was forming alliances.

Matt was forming an alliance with Cam and Tucker. He didn’t bring up Kenney to them. He bonded with the other guys because they were all the fitness bros. They knew they could dominate challenges and that combining their strength officially will only help them down the road. Matt may have gotten upset with Angela, but she had him figured out. She knew he’d use the muscles as well as those dimples to become a threat. He was already talking behind everyone’s back. He also missed out on the upgrade.

Yes, the upgrade was finally announced. Albeit in an unconventional way. The houseguests that voted to accept BB AI got to enter a room by themselves. The secret room was where they learned if they got the upgrade or not. Makensy and Quinn both won the upgrades. Quinn became the deep fake HOH. He could steal the power of the real Head of House and that meant he could put anyone up for evictions. Makensy also won America’s Veto. She was safe for now. Quinn was so as well. They just had to worry about spilling their secret powers to the rest of the house.

Makensy got along with Leah. Leah even admitted to her that she was a chubby chaser. She thought she’d meet the perfect guy on the show only to see Abercrombie models. That’s not what she wanted. Where are the dad bods? BB AI also came back with some troubling news. She was controlling the game. She felt that there were flaws and so she fixed them. She said HOH has to nominate three people for eviction. If any of those three people won veto, the HOH will then be automatically up on the block to take their spot.

Then came the competition for HOH. They had to form teams. Chelsie and Cedric couldn’t play. Makensy and Tucker also couldn’t play because they didn’t want to be first and they got left behind. The others had to roll disks for points. Quinn, Kenney, and Matt won Round One. They got to eliminate one team. They eliminated Brooklyn, Rubina, and Kimo. They were in second place when they got eliminated. Then the winning team had to compete against each other plus everyone else in Round Two.

And the new Head of House turned out to be Angela.

Angela didn’t want to go after the usual suspects. She was willing to form an alliance with Cedric, Chelsie, and Joseph. They were all safe tonight. Angela wanted to go after actual threats. The last person she considered to be one was Matt. Matt was also complaining about Angela to everyone. He turned to Chelsie as a listening ear. He was all like woe is me. Angela stereotyped me for being beautiful. Chelsie thought that was the dumbest thing. Joseph couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He later went to Angela. He told her everything Matt said.

The funniest part was that Angela didn’t mean anything by her comments. She was actually telling Matt that his beauty will get him far in the competition. It was a compliment. It wasn’t a takedown. Him being angry about that after several days had passed was stupid. Kenney should have told his buddy about that. Because now Angela has power. Quinn even told her his hidden power. He knew to befriend her would be easy and that Angela would never betray a friendship. And he wasn’t the only one to come clean to Angela.

Angela spoke to everyone. She even spoke to people she hasn’t spoken to before. She learned that the house was fine with Kenney and Lisa getting nominated. It was the third person that she couldn’t figure out. Angela reached out to Matt. She apologized for stereotyping him. He appeared to forgive her. He just didn’t trust her. Angela then went on to nominate Lisa, Kimo, and Kenney for eviction. She told them that it was nothing personal. She just hasn’t formed a relationship with any of them.

THE END!
