Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, July 5, reveal that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will consider whether she can trust Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) with an important position at DiMera Enterprises.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) suggested the idea to get Melinda to keep her mouth shut about “Jude DiMera” aka Jude Brady’s (Oliver McLarty) paternity, but Kristen still has to give final approval.
Although Kristen and Melinda have had their fair share of issues over the years, Kristen may admit they could use Melinda’s legal expertise.
Melinda has proven she can be ruthless when need be, so Kristen may take that into account and officially hire her.
Other Days spoilers say Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) will stumble upon an intriguing fight between EJ and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
It looks like Gabi will either overhear Jude’s paternity or pry a confession out of Stefan about the leverage he’s using against his brother.
Regardless, DOOL fans can probably expect Gabi to learn who Jude’s true father is, so she’ll have to decide what to do with that information.
Meanwhile, Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) will say her goodbyes to Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) once he stuns her with the news that he’s leaving for Paris today.
Eric will admit he’s taking a new job offer and going through with his plan to get some distance from Salem.
However, there may be an exciting cliffhanger moment where Gabi finds Nicole and admits there’s something she should know.
Gabi should give Nicole updates on Jude’s paternity within the next episode or two, so that’ll leave Nicole reeling and desperate to stop Eric’s Paris flight.
Over with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), Days spoilers say she’ll pay Robert “Bobby” Stein aka Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) another visit and gain some stunning info regarding Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) demise.
There’ll be some newly created flashbacks to explain what really happened, so did Bobby witness something or have a motive to take Li out himself?
Our Days predictions point to Bobby shaking up the case, so look for Jada to fill Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) in and leave him just as shocked.
