Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) fled Salem with the help of EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), but she left behind plenty of drama related to Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty) – especially now that Jude’s real paternity has blown up.
However, it’s Jessica Serfaty’s real-life drama outside of Days that’s been shaking up social media and has left some DOOL fans concerned for her safety.
The former Days star is engaged to billionaire Ray-Ban heir Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio and often shares their lavish life experiences on Instagram.
That’s also where Jessica Serfaty posted some stunning abuse allegations in a video on July 21.
The Daily Mail obtained some screenshots and shared them before the Instagram story disappeared – and there were definitely some alarming accusations on Serfaty’s part.
Serfaty declared that this was the man who abused her and pointed the camera in Del Vecchio’s direction.
The ex-Days actress also mentioned that she was bleeding from her head, but there wasn’t any blood visible on-screen when she turned the camera on herself.
The next day, Serfaty shared a statement with an apology noting that families have arguments sometimes “and these should never be made public.”
Serfaty requested the people respect their privacy despite that initial public video and rushed to Del Vecchio’s defense.
“I would never stay with an abusive man and which Leonardo Del Vecchio is not,” Serfaty said. “I revoke my words that were driven by anger and not in truth. I take back my words on a guy that will always be my companion, step father and family person to me.”
Other than reposting that statement to his own Instagram account, Del Vecchio didn’t address Serfaty’s previous claims.
It seems like Serfarty and Del Vecchio are now hoping that the whole thing will blow over.
After meeting in 2017, Serfaty got engaged to Del Vecchio in 2023 and has been planning her wedding to him.
