Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, August 19, reveals that things will get even more heated between Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) and Connie Viniski (Julie Dove), who’s currently trying to block Melinda from entering her apartment.
Melinda is threatening to call the cops if she can’t collect Connie’s laptop and badge, so the situation will bring more tension on Monday’s DOOL episode.
Whether Melinda catches a glimpse of that cardboard Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) cutout or not, she’s going to be an issue for Connie.
Days spoilers say Connie will view Melinda as a problem to eliminate, so she’ll plot to wipe her off the map later during the week of August 19-23.
Until then, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) will fling a drink in Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) face and chew him out along with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for the cheating they did while she was in prison.
Despite Ava and Stefan’s attempts to downplay their intoxicated hookup, Gabi will be furious and will ultimately leave Stefan fearing that their marriage is over.
Days spoilers say Gabi will get physical with Stefan by shoving him away, but he’ll have tears in his eyes as he kicks off his forgiveness quest.
At the DiMera mansion, Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will wait on Abigail DiMera (AnnaLynne McCord) to get dressed, so that’ll give her anxiety a chance to creep in.
Jennifer may worry that Abigail won’t accept her now that she’s dealing with amnesia.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will acknowledge that Abigail seemed pretty overwhelmed the last time he talked to her, but he’ll feel confident they can all find their way back to being a happy family again.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) may end up giving Abigail a pep talk as well and assure her that no one wants to push too hard.
It’ll be tough for Chad to navigate the line between making Abigail feel welcome and trying not to come on too strong.
Of course, there’s a twist in play since “Abigail” just called someone with news about their plan going as expected.
It’s possible the DNA test results were rigged or that there’s some other shady explanation here.
Whatever the case, this woman seems to be deceiving Abigail’s family and using their joy over this miracle to her advantage.
That could get tougher as she gets closer to Abigail’s husband, friends and family members since they’re all so excited to have her back.
Jennifer will eventually have an opportunity to marvel over Abigail’s new face and show some motherly warmth in Monday’s Days episode, so don’t miss what’s in store.
