Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, March 12, reveals that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) continued doing CPR at the old brewery, where Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) ultimately regained consciousness and started asking for Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams).
After John got Wendy back, Steve did the same with Tripp and was relieved along with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).
Tripp muttered about his wife, but Steve assumed that was just because his son wanted Wendy to be his wife one day.
At the hospital on Tuesday’s Days episode, Wendy scored praise for using her ASL knowledge to sign the word “beer” in the video and recapped what went down to Rafe, Harris and John.
Tripp also got a visit from Ava and Steve, so he learned Steve saved his life and was happy to let them stay in his room as long as they liked.
However, Tripp eventually got a moment alone with Wendy once she was wheeled in.
Wendy was on board with Tripp’s Paris trip idea, but she just wanted to be there looking into his eyes for now and gave him a kiss.
In the town square on Tuesday’s DOOL show, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) ran into Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and asked if Holly Jonas’ (Ashley Puzemis) coma could affect her memory, but he amended that to a more generalized question since she couldn’t break doctor-patient confidentiality.
Sarah clarified that she wasn’t a neurologist, but she knew comas could indeed affect the mind in that way – and the memories could come back suddenly, gradually or not at all.
Later, Sarah forced Harris to get checked out after all the police drama and sent him home with an antibiotic as well as pain meds.
Since Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) was still locked up, Sarah also quizzed Harris about his memory briefly.
Harris lied that he still didn’t remember who targeted him that night, but Sarah said Victoria Horton-Cook missed her daddy and counted on Harris to continue investigating.
Although Harris was eager to get back to work, Rafe ordered him to go rest up.
Ava spoke to Harris privately and pointed out that he wasn’t fully recovered yet, so she urged him to come stay in her bed so she could take care of him.
At the DiMera mansion on Tuesday’s Days episode, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) entered Holly’s room and flew off the handle when he saw Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann).
EJ insisted Tate had broken in the house and would be sent to jail.
Holly tried to protest along with Tate, who said he wanted to check on Holly and see for himself that she was OK. Unfortunately, EJ still called the cops to come take Tate away.
Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) joined all the chaos and stood by EJ’s decision before calling Brady with the news that Tate was at the DiMera mansion. Brady sighed in frustration before assuring Nicole that he’d be right there.
In the DiMera living room, EJ said he overheard Holly begging Tate not to make her do this. That left EJ even convinced that Tate was pressuring Holly to cover for him.
Tate argued that he was just trying to get Holly to tell the truth so he could get his life back. Although Tate once again begged Holly while EJ ranted, she collapsed and left everyone in a panic.
Brady was present for most of the mayhem and admitted there was only so much he could do since Tate broke into the DA’s house.
Tate seemed scared as the cops arrested him and said he really screwed up this time, but Brady tried to reassure him as he was led off in handcuffs.
In Holly’s room, she told Nicole that it wasn’t necessary to call Sarah – leaving Days fans with doubts about whether her fainting spell was real or a way out of coming clean earlier.
Nevertheless, Holly seemed like she actually might try to explain until Nicole and EJ forced her to get some rest instead.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tate will hope for some positive legal updates soon, so we’ll offer more predictions on this storyline as it heats up.
