Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) still has feelings for Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien), but he’s been forced to put them aside. Theresa hurt Brady by using him to make Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) jealous, but that hookup meant more than that deep down.
If Theresa were marrying for love, we have no doubt that she’d pick Brady instead.
However, DOOL fans know Theresa feels obligated to go through with this scheme of marrying the fake Kiriakis heir, so she keeps telling herself to stick to her goal.
Of course, Days spoilers suggest that’ll become increasingly difficult to do as the nuptials get closer.
Theresa remains connected to Brady through Tate Black (Leo Howard), so they’re still going to be in each other’s orbit.
Even so, Brady will feel blindsided when he learns Theresa and Alex are getting married so soon. On July 17, Days spoilers say Brady will reel over the news that Alex and Theresa’s wedding is happening that very day!
There’s a good reason for that since Theresa and Alex will be having a double marriage ceremony with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), so they’ll have to make their own wedding plans fit the already selected date.
Naturally, soap time moves slower than regular time, so Days’ double wedding won’t actually kick off until July 19.
That’ll give Brady a chance to wrap his head around all this and potentially make a bold move.
Brady has been trying to convince Alex that Theresa is marrying him for the Kiriakis fortune and that she’s targeted him all along.
Does Brady have an ulterior motive for trying to break up Theresa and Alex before they tie the knot?
Brady may still want Theresa for himself, so maybe that’s part of why he’s pushing Alex to view Theresa as untrustworthy. In reality, Brady may be plotting to steal Theresa back!
Will Brady make a pre-wedding plea to Theresa in hopes of rekindling their own relationship?
Brady is a hopeless romantic at heart, so it’s easy to imagine him professing his love and suspecting that Theresa still loves him, too.
Perhaps Brady will beg Theresa not to go through with marrying Alex for his money and urge her to choose real love instead.
That doesn’t mean Theresa will pick Brady, but it could make a bigger mess of things ahead of the double nuptials.
