Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Clyde Weston (James Read) will decide he’s done running things behind the scenes at Statesville. Now that so many suspicions are swirling about his drug operation, Clyde may worry that the cops will crack down on the people enabling him and limit his power.
Then again, maybe Clyde will simply want to be a free man again now that his drug operation is growing.
Clyde could get more accomplished if he was on the loose – and he could enjoy life a lot more if he wasn’t an inmate, too.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Clyde will plot a prison break and demand some help with it.
DOOL fans can expect Clyde to deliver an ultimatum to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), so she might be forced to take the lead on this Statesville escape scheme.
It would make sense for Clyde to offer a trade: his freedom for the release of Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace).
If Ava doesn’t cooperate, then Clyde may warn that both Tripp and Wendy will face a grim outcome.
Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) has been pretty busy trying to deal with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), but Clyde might need his assistance as well. It could be a situation where Clyde requires all hands on deck.
Regardless, Days spoilers say Clyde will make sure all the arrangements are in place for his imminent prison getaway, which will move forward on March 8.
This isn’t the first time Clyde has broken out of the slammer, so it shouldn’t be too hard to pull everything off – especially with all the people he’s blackmailed into helping him.
