Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, February 9, reveal that Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will spy Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) out of hiding and completely flip out. Once Kate realizes Lucas is putting himself in more danger, she’ll rip into her son and urge him to be more careful.
Meanwhile, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have a hard time resisting the temptation that’s been building between them.
It looks like Xander will go for a run to deal with that temptation instead of surrendering in bed with Sarah.
Of course, Days fans know Xander recently received a call about eliminating someone.
The person on the other end of the line said they’d be in touch, so Xander may get another call or text that offers new details on this fatal job.
If threats to Sarah and Victoria Horton-Cook’s safety are involved, Xander may be torn about whether to go along with the demands.
Clyde Weston (James Read) normally isn’t shy about tossing threats around and delivering orders, so it’s tough to see why he’d hide his identity.
Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), on the other hand, would probably want to be more discreet.
Xander recently showed up at the DiMera mansion to accuse EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) of making that ominous call, but he wound up giving Stefan updates instead. Perhaps Stefan was playing dumb and actually needs Xander’s help.
If Stefan finds out Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is working with Harris Michaels (Steve Burton), he may view Harris as even more of a concern and push Xander to take him out.
However, Days spoilers say Xander is trying to stay on a redemptive path, so it may be someone else who fires at Harris on Friday’s DOOL episode and leaves him seriously injured.
In the meantime, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will warn Ava to stop giving Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) the third degree about their relationship and trust that they’re both truly committed to each other.
Tripp may also bring up the fact that Stefan was there after a hookup recently and push Ava to cut him loose. As far as Tripp’s concerned, nothing good can come from Ava and Stefan’s connection.
Ava may push Tripp and Wendy to be discreet about her affair, which took a turn from fake to real when she hit the sheets with Stefan recently.
Later, Days spoilers say Ava will freak when she finds Harris bleeding out, so she’ll want to get him some medical assistance ASAP.
At the Horton residence, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will enjoy story time with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron).
That’ll be the calm before the storm since a fire at the Horton house will bring some shocking news.
It won’t be long until Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) makes that fiery discovery along with Julie, so they’ll scramble to get Charlotte, Thomas and Doug Williams (Doug Davidson) out.
Since Chad goaded Clyde at Statesville, he may regret pushing the vengeful inmate’s buttons if Clyde ordered this fire.
Next, Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) will try to shake off the warm moments she shared with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and focus on Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) during an emotional conversation about addiction.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Theresa will feel closer to Alex, but she won’t be able to forget her feelings for Brady either!
