Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that big changes are coming for Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), who’s currently in a coma following a tragic overdose. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and the other doctors on staff have been doing everything they can for Holly, but her progress has been slow so far.
However, Days viewers can expect a turning point for Holly during the week of January 15-19.
There’ll be more hope for Holly’s full recovery, but University Hospital won’t be equipped to tackle the next steps.
Days spoilers say there’ll be some sort of treatment available to Holly, but it’ll require her to be at another facility.
That’s why the necessary preparations will be made for Holly to travel elsewhere.
Of course, Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) may have some reservations when she gets updates on the plan, but she’ll also get reassurance that it’s the best thing for Holly.
Perhaps Tripp and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will promise Nicole that this treatment stands the best chance of getting Holly back to her old self.
Once Nicole signs off on sending Holly to her new facility, Holly will be all prepped and ready to go on Friday, January 19.
That’s when Nicole, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will all have to bid Holly farewell.
Although Nicole will surely want to go with Holly, she might be advised to stay behind and let the doctors work without any inference.
Since Nicole will be saying goodbye along with Holly’s other loved ones, that suggests she’ll indeed endure a separation while Holly’s under new care somewhere else.
Fortunately, Holly isn’t leaving Days for good! This is just a short story-dictated decision, which means Holly won’t be off canvas for too long.
Ashley Puzemis has filmed many more scenes to come, so DOOL fans will want to stay tuned for the next chapter of Holly and Tate Black’s (Jamie Martin Mann) angsty teen love story.
