Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is set to make a quick exit from Salem on July 29, but there’ll be a couple episodes beforehand to explain why.
It seems likely this will relate to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) since he’s refusing to sign the divorce papers and grant Nicole her happiness with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty).
As a result, Nicole may feel the need to leave town with Jude and protect him from all the drama. Perhaps Nicole will worry it’ll be non-stop EJ harassment if she doesn’t make her escape.
Nicole might even fear that EJ will bribe judges and throw money around to somehow get Jude custody out of spite.
EJ isn’t Jude’s biological father, but who knows what a devious DiMera could pull off in soapy Salem?
It’s also possible EJ will figure out some way to blackmail Nicole into leaving with Jude while Eric stays behind. That may be EJ’s way of ensuring that Eric and Nicole don’t get a happy ending.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Nicole will reach a big decision before throwing Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) a curveball.
Nicole will obviously want Holly to come with her, but Holly will pump the brakes on that idea.
During the week of July 22-26, Holly will reel over Nicole’s life-altering news and protest that it’s not fair.
Since Holly won’t want to leave the life she’s built in Salem – especially with Tate Black (Leo Howard) – Days spoilers say she’ll beg Nicole to let her stay.
Holly was recently playing up her relationship with Grandma Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) during a conversation with Tate.
That might’ve been DOOL’s way of reminding fans about their connection ahead of Holly’s new living arrangements.
The logical answer here is that Holly will end up living with Maggie permanently at the Kiriakis mansion.
