So, could Holly end up being targeted by someone unexpected, such as fugitive super-villainess Megan Hathaway DiMera (Miranda Wilson)?

DOOL spoilers reveal that EJ recently talked to Nicole about treatment options for Holly. EJ suggested that Holly could get treatment from the same clinic that helped him.
Nicole thought it over and spoke with Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). Right now, Holly is getting tests to see if she qualifies for the treatment program.
Nicole told Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) about the situation.
Nicole also mentioned it to Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty). In both interactions, Nicole said she was going to travel with Holly.

However, we know that on Friday, January 19, 2024, Holly’s loved ones say their goodbyes. Nicole was included in that along with EJ, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), and Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers).
So, something makes Nicole stay behind in Salem while Holly goes overseas to get treatment. The only reason we can think of is Jude Brady.
Sloan Petersen-Brady’s Intensified Guilt
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that even though Nicole and Sloan are enemies, there was a recent interaction that was quite soft.
In the Days episode that aired on Monday, January 15, 2024, Nicole told Sloan about Holly. In that same conversation, Nicole gave Sloan some well-meaning advice on how to deal with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
It was a chat that will leave Sloan feeling even more guilty than ever.
Nicole was really nice to Sloan, and the lawyer knows she doesn’t deserve that kindness.
Sloan is beginning to unravel, so it’s only a matter of time before the guilt eats her alive. Sloan won’t have any choice but to blurt out the truth and face the music.

While Holly is getting treatment, will the teenager return the same girl she was? Megan hasn’t been mentioned in quite a while.
The last we heard, Megan was still a fugitive. Megan is out there lying low, but she’s still plotting. Will Holly end up the victim of another one of Megan’s experiments?
