Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that “Abigail DiMera” (AnnaLynne McCord) has been struggling to juggle all the new names and faces in Salem. There are so many people to keep track of in Abigail’s family alone!
However, there’s one crucial family member that “Abigail” still hasn’t met yet.
Of course, we’re talking about Abby’s brother, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss), who’s on his way back to Days before the end of the year.
DOOL fans will recall that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) was quite accepting of Abigail’s transformation once the DNA results came in.
It was Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain) who impulsively rejected “Abigail” at the sight of her.
Despite the DNA outcome, Jennifer still can’t wrap her head around the idea of this woman being the real Abby.
Days spoilers say JJ may be in the same boat even without seeing “Abigail” for himself.
When off-screen JJ first heard Clyde Weston’s (James Read) news that Abigail was alive, he called him a liar and felt like his family was being set up for heartbreak.
That’s why JJ may approach “Abigail” with a good dose of skepticism when they finally come face to face.
By then, “Abigail” may have to pretend she remembers JJ to sell her memory recovery to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
That could bring even more chances for “Abigail” to slip up and ruin the scheme she’s been forced into.
Then again, it’s possible JJ won’t reenter the picture until “Abigail” is exposed as a fraud. By the time JJ comes home, his first meeting with “Abigail” may be about blasting her for her deception.
Days spoilers say that’ll depend on when “Abigail” and Mark Greene’s (Jonah Robinson) plot falls apart.
Clyde is counting on “Abigail” to marry Chad and steal the DiMera fortune for him, but things are bound to end in disaster.
Whether that happens before or after JJ’s homecoming, he’s sure to give fake Abigail a piece of his mind sooner or later!
