Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that the show’s created an intriguing situation with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson), so there could be more going on between them than Mark wants to admit.
When Leo first met Mark and asked him out, Mark gently rejected him and admitted he wasn’t gay. That left Leo asking if Mark was sure since his hunches are usually right when a handsome man’s sexuality is involved.
Then, Mark comforted Leo at the hospital and left him wondering if Mark might actually be interested. Since Leo was struggling with all the mixed signals, he was curious whether Mark might at least be bisexual.
Of course, Leo eventually found out Mark had been on a phone call with his girlfriend, so that ended Leo’s romantic pursuit. However, we should point out that Days never answered the question of whether Mark is bi.
There’s a good chance Mark is indeed into both men and women, which would explain the mixed signals that Leo’s been picking up on. Even if Mark is committed to his girlfriend at the moment, he might still be attracted to Leo.
Days hasn’t revealed who Mark’s girlfriend is yet, but Jonah Robinson has been photographed on set with AnnaLynne McCord – who’s playing the mystery woman that looks like Abigail DiMera (previously played by Marci Miller).
That’s led to speculation that Mark is dating Abigail’s doppelganger, so things could obviously get messy!
Although it seems Abigail’s casket will be empty during the week of July 8-12, that doesn’t necessarily mean that Mark’s girlfriend is the real Abigail.
Days spoilers hint that the mystery woman may just be a lookalike – though this DOOL story could change as time goes on.
Whatever the case, Mark appears to be dating someone who strongly resembles Abigail, but he may cheat on her with Leo sooner or later.
Leo and Mark’s connection could lead to some temptation, so it’ll be interesting to see if they surrender to it.
