Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, September 23, reveal that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will pay Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) a visit now that she’s been rescued from all the explosion drama. Melinda has been through a lot thanks to Connie Viniski (Julie Dove), but Paulina will have some good news.
DOOL fans know Paulina wants to replace EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as DA since Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is threatening to stir up a scandal.
With that in mind, Days spoilers say Paulina will push Melinda to come back to her old job as Salem’s district attorney.
Will Melinda jump at the opportunity or resist it since EJ just saved her life along with Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Cherie Jimenez)?
Melinda might feel a little guilty about stealing EJ’s position under the circumstances.
However, Paulina might be adamant that EJ’s out and contend that Melinda is the best person to replace him.
If Paulina is putting someone else in the DA role no matter what, Melinda may decide she’s willing to slide back in.
Meanwhile, EJ will continue to bond with Gabi at her hospital bedside.
Gabi just took EJ’s hand and acknowledged that he saved her life, so she’ll share how grateful she is on Monday’s Days episode.
Stefan saved Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) life as well, so she’ll patch up his arm wound and offer gratitude of her own.
Of course, Ava may eventually push Stefan to get that gash treated at the hospital, so he may head there and get updates on Gabi’s horrifying ordeal.
It’s easy to imagine Stefan rushing into Gabi’s room to check on her and finding her holding hands with her new hero EJ!
Outside the pub on Monday’s DOOL episode, Connie will have another trick up her sleeve.
Days spoilers say Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will be surprised over the depths of Connie’s craziness as she makes one last desperate move.
Jada just warned Connie to drop the knife she’s holding or else she’s going to shoot.
Will Jada have to pull the trigger on Connie – or could Connie turn that knife on herself instead?
Whether this mess ends with Connie injured, arrested or both, some stunning moments are set to play out in Salem.
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will pull off a romantic grand gesture for Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) as they spend some time connecting.
