Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of July 8-12 reveals that Robert “Bobby” Stein aka Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) will correct Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) when she insists the cops already know who killed Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).
Bobby will argue that someone other than Gil Carter (David S. Lee) is to blame, so he’ll apparently point the finger at Connie Vilinski (Julie Dove) instead.
Connie is indeed responsible since Days recently showed her guilty flashback – and based on the knife that’s featured in DOOL’s weekly preview video, she may feel the urge to strike again!
Of course, we should also talk about the fallout of Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Cherie Jimenez) press conference revelation. Gabi will assure Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) that everything she’s claiming is legit, so Nicole will demand the truth from EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Even if EJ initially tries to deny his deception, it’s clear that the jig is up. Nicole will realize EJ indeed knew Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) was Jude Brady’s (Oliver McLarty) father, so she’ll call him a “bastard” and shove him in a fit of rage.
Later, EJ will have a fierce outburst of his own since Days’ weekly promo shows him shouting as he smashes a drinking glass. This will mark the start of EJ’s revenge on Gabi and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), so they’d better be ready!
Back with Nicole, she’ll race to the airport with Jude in tow. Nicole will stop Eric from getting on that Paris flight and will shock him with the news that Jude is his son, so a family reunion is ahead.
Next, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will give Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) updates on his plan to have Abigail DiMera’s (last played by Marci Miller) remains exhumed.
Jack will fume over Chad wanting to dig up his daughter’s body, but Chad will explain the mystery woman (AnnaLynne McCord) footage and what Clyde Weston (James Read) now claims.
Jack will ultimately realize this is a necessary step since there’s a chance Abigail could still be alive. Once Abigail’s casket is opened and a shocking discovery is made, Chad and Jack may end up reeling over her missing corpse.
Over with Tate Black (Leo Howard), he’ll beg Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) not to blab to Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien). It looks like Alex may find out about Tate’s latest scheme with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), so he’ll land in a tight spot.
Finally, Days’ preview video points out that it’s the end of an era. Bill Hayes’ final episode as Doug Williams is coming up on July 11, so grab your tissues and tune in for Doug’s emotional last scene with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).
