Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, February 8, reveals that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) enjoyed a flirty evening with Everett Lynch (Blake Berris), who felt like Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) would take the news of their relationship pretty well.
Stephanie admitted she was falling back in love with Everett, who was thrilled since he loved her back and felt as happy as he was in Seattle with her.
When Stephanie suggested a double date on Valentine’s Day with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), Everett hinted that maybe he wanted Stephanie all to himself on the romantic holiday.
At Statesville on Thursday’s Days episode, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) taunted Clyde Weston (James Read) over The Spectator article, Clyde’s mugshot and all the product he lost in the drug bust.
Harris also pulled out an evidence bag and revealed that Clyde’s secret phone had been confiscated.
Clyde thought Harris should cut a deal with him regarding that phone since it could send Ava to prison, but Harris refused any sort of negotiation – even if it meant more trouble for Ava.
Next on Thursday’s DOOL show, Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) attended a meeting and was speaking about her recent addiction setback when Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) came in.
After the meeting was over, Brady assured Theresa that he wasn’t checking up on her and actually needed the meeting for himself.
Since Brady made a phone call to get a fix, Theresa was alarmed over the news and relieved when Brady clarified that he came to a meeting instead of using.
Brady explained that Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) had been cold in his latest letter, so he assumed Tate was working through some stuff in therapy and blamed his father for not being around for most of his life.
Theresa insisted Brady was a great dad, but he continued to feel like he screwed up with both Tate and Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater).
After Theresa reassured Brady, she brought up their recent kiss and admitted that she really did feel something despite what she claimed at the time.
Brady acknowledged that Theresa was beautiful and that there was a spark, but he reminded her that she was with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).
Besides, Brady thought he should keep his relationship with Theresa as uncomplicated as possible for Tate’s sake.
At Black Patch on Thursday’s Days episode, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) admitted to walking into Konstantin Meleounis’ (John Kapelos) trap.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) lashed out over John facing the dangerous encounter alone and played dumb about Konstantin’s fatal Catharina (Ellie Patrikios) story.
John got agitated as they argued and doubled over as he put a hand to his chest, but Steve calmed him down and urged him to breathe.
Although John was apologetic, he couldn’t figure out what was going on with him and confessed that he’d lied to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) earlier.
Steve acted like the important thing was doing whatever it took to get rid of Konstantin.
At home on Thursday’s Days episode, Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) brought a tray of dinner out and settled in on the sofa with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
Jude Brady started crying right on cue, so Sloan was frustrated and drank a giant glass of wine while Eric was tending to the baby.
Eric returned and realized Sloan was drinking more than usual, but she snapped at him for trying to monitor her and admitted she was upset over them never having any private time anymore.
It seemed like Jude was Eric’s only priority now from Sloan’s perspective, but Eric tried to reassure her.
After Eric had to leave the room for Jude again, Sloan kept downing wine.
Eric triggered Sloan once more upon his return by bringing up pediatric articles about the benefits of sleeping with the baby in the same room or even in the same bed.
Sloan made it clear that she wanted personal space with Eric, who was fine with hitting the sheets if she was in the mood now.
Eric and Sloan faced one last interruption since the dinner burned as Sloan tried to heat it back up.
However, Sloan wasn’t hungry for food and finally seemed satisfied as Eric led her toward the bed for lovemaking.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sloan obviously isn’t cut out for motherhood, so stay tuned for updates on the other hurdles ahead.
