It was a tough blow when Sophia realized Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) had been lying about her romance with Tate Black (Leo Howard), especially since Holly and Sophia have been friends for so long.
Sophia had real feelings for Tate, but he was just using her and only had Holly on his mind.
As a result, Sophia got a little taste of revenge by alerting Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) to the fact that Holly and Tate were up to something on prom night.
However, DOOL fans know Sophia is feeling hurt and angry over how everything went down.

Of course, Sophia may wonder what’s in it for her! Since Sophia is still miserable and lonely, she might argue that Tate and Holly should suffer as well.
Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) went to lacrosse camp in Tate’s place, so Sophia will know they could get in serious trouble for that.
The same goes for Holly since she’s sneaking around with Tate when she’s been forbidden from interacting with him.
Days spoilers suggest Holly may play up her old BFF bond with Sophia and make a real effort to repair their friendship.
If Holly can remind Sophia of their connection and convince her not to tell anyone, that’ll be a huge relief.
Tate will do his part by pleading with Sophia too, so she may eventually relent and agree to keep quiet – at least for now.
It seems a little too easy for Sophia to blow this up, so Holly and Tate may put out one fire before another one comes along.
