Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) recently made a double wedding suggestion to Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), but they seemed weirded out by it.
The whole idea made Sarah and Theresa uncomfortable since they honestly don’t know each other very well – not to mention the grooms-to-be aren’t fans of each other. A double wedding could be a catastrophe, but maybe that’s exactly why it should happen!
Theresa wants to marry Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) ASAP, so perhaps she’ll eventually sell him on the notion of a combined marriage ceremony with Sarah and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer).
Of course, Theresa and Alex would have to get Sarah and Xander on board too, but it’s within the realm of possibility since Bonnie’s playing up this family unity angle.
It wouldn’t be that hard for Alex and Theresa to put a rush on their wedding invitations.
A double wedding makes sense considering Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) could show up and expose Xander as the true Kiriakis heir, which would certainly ruin Theresa’s plan to marry duped Alex.
However, there’s another reason to combine Sarah and Xander’s nuptials with Alex and Theresa’s big day.
Days viewers know Theresa doesn’t have many friends, so any bachelorette party she might have would be awfully sad!
Sarah is more well-liked around Salem, so she might take pity on Theresa and include her in her own bachelorette bash – especially if this double wedding idea moves forward.
Naturally, pre-wedding festivities can get pretty wild on Days, so there’s the potential for some sort of disaster.
Theresa might get nervous and find herself tempted to drink or even do drugs if she finds out Bonnie mailed Fiona’s invitation after all.
Maybe Fiona could even show up in town a little early and crash the bachelorette party – just to make Theresa sweat even more.
Fiona is seemingly out of the loop when it comes to Victor’s will, so that’d give her a chance to gather some clues and start putting everything together before the wedding.
Regardless, our Days predictions hint that Theresa’s world will ultimately get turned upside down.
