Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, October 9, reveal that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will give Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) some unexpected news. Once Xander updates Sarah on Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) offer, she’ll definitely be thrown for a loop.
Sarah may be skeptical that Kristen can deliver what she’s promised, which is a chance to cure Sarah’s paralysis. There could be a miracle serum thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) research, but Sarah may have her doubts about whether it’d actually work.
Plus, Days spoilers say Sarah may voice her fears about the side effects and the overall potential for disaster here. Even so, Xander will cling to the hope that Sarah might be able to walk again and will think they have to go for it.
Of course, the catch is that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) has to walk free before Kristen will hand over the serum. With that in mind, Sarah may also worry about what Xander might do to Brady if he’s released.
After all, there’d be nothing to stop Xander from going after Brady once the deal was done and Sarah was given the cure. It’s clear that there are a lot of troubling factors here, but Sarah may have to admit she’d love the opportunity to get back to her old sself.
DOOL fans will see Sarah break down in tears as she tries to process her complex emotions, but she’ll eventually decide to recant her statement against Brady. Unfortunately, Days spoilers say EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will stand in Sarah’s way in the coming episodes.
Until then, EJ will be busy talking to Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) about his failed marriage to Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez). Will EJ taunt Stefan over his imminent divorce or actually have a heart for once and show him a little sympathy?
Other Days spoilers say Fiona Cook (Serena Scott Thomas) will get ready to come clean to Brady about Sarah’s hit-and-run accident. Although Fiona will nearly confess to driving the car, it looks like she’ll back out at the last second.
That’ll keep the drama going a bit longer, but Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) growing suspicions will become a bigger problem for Fiona soon enough.
In the meantime, Eric will put Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) on full blast for her role in the baby swap saga. Melinda handled the bogus adoption and helped Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) with her deception, so Eric will really let her have it!
