Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of December 30-January 3 reveal that EJ DIMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will end up stuck in a difficult corner. DOOL fans can expect a tough situation for EJ as he tries to deal with all the Arnold Feniger (Galen Gering) drama.
Next, Arnold will shock Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) for a lookalike confrontation that can only have one winner.
It’ll be Arnold who comes out on top since he’ll deceive Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) later.
According to Days spoilers, Jada will find herself thinking that Rafe doesn’t seem like himself.
There’ll be something unusual about Rafe that Jada can’t quite figure out, so all signs point to Arnold posing as Rafe during a new scheme.
Next, Belle Black (Martha Madison) will give EJ updates on something surprising, so that’ll give him a chance to get flirty.
EJ and Belle will continue to get under each other’s skin, but there’ll be a mutual attraction bubbling underneath the conflict.
Speaking of conflict, there’ll be more of that between Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens).
Chanel will wind up launching a confrontation with Johnny, so why will he get on her bad side this time around?
It seems too soon for Johnny and Joy Wesley’s (AlexAnn Hopkins) one-night stand to get exposed.
Instead, Chanel might catch Johnny in a lie since he played dumb about Joy almost leaving town.
Chanel won’t be pleased if she finds out EJ tried to bribe Joy right out of Salem instead and that Johnny knew about it.
Based on our predictions, that could force Johnny to come up with yet another cover story and make his deception even messier.
Regardless, Days spoilers say Chanel will turn to Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) for support after her latest blowup with Johnny.
Meanwhile, Johnny will get some sympathy and advice from Abe Carver (James Reynolds).
As for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), he’ll find a date for New Year’s Eve since Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) already has one with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).
Alex might convince Joy to accompany him and make this whole situation even worse.
When Philip kisses Stephanie again, he’ll do it in front of Alex and leave her ex fuming.
There’s no denying that Alex and Stephanie aren’t over each other, so some jealousy will be on full display.
Other Days spoilers say JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will spend the night with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), so they’ll turn up the heat in their renewed romance.
Gabi and JJ will do some sizzling as they enjoy their continued reconnection.
As for Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), things will turn chaotic after she ruins Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) plan to drive Sophia Choi (Madelyn Kientz) out of state for an abortion.
Tate claimed he was going to visit his grandparents in California, but it looks like Holly will expose the lie and learn the real story.
Holly seems poised to find out Sophia is pregnant and could perhaps lead to Sophia’s mom, Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson), finding out the news as well.
In the aftermath, Holly will cross paths with Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) and get some comfort.
Doug will lend an ear to Holly when she needs one, so this will set the stage for some sparks to fly.
