DOOL spoilers for the week of January 22 reveal that Paulina will get her biopsy results. Abe Carver (James Reynolds) already promised to be there for Paulina when she gets her results.
Unfortunately, Paulina’s worst fears will come true. The diagnosis is cancer.
At the week progresses, expect Paulina to process her diagnosis. Paulina will also spend some time leaning on both Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
DOOL Spoilers – Drug Raid Aftermath
During the week of January 22, Harris goes to Statesville to confront Clyde. Even though Clyde is guilty, he’s been a career criminal for decades. Clyde isn’t going to admit to anything.
Clyde also has connections on the inside as well as the outside. So, Harris’ visit could come at a price to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Later in the week, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada will get updates from Harris regarding Clyde.
Meanwhile, Everett is determined to get to the truth about Salem’s drug crisis.
Everett had a good friend who overdosed. Everett told Stephanie that he was the one to find his friend’s dead body.
So, Everett has a personal interest in this story. When Stefan turns to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) for a favor, Everett is miffed. Then, Everett issues a threat if Chad doesn’t stop protecting the DiMera family.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sloan Petersen-Brady’s Messy Mistake
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of January 22 reveal that Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) will be horrified by her actions.
Sloan never meant to ruin the dinner party for Eric, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), and John Black (Drake Hogestyn).
Eric will probably assure Sloan that everyone understands she’s exhausted and stressed.
That is probably what leads Eric to give Marlena an apology on Sloan’s behalf.
However, Marlena and John mentioned Sloan possibly being an alcoholic. When Eric apologizes to Marlena, the two might speak about Sloan’s drinking and spiraling behavior.
The drunken dinner party won’t be Sloan’s only shocker next week. Sloan panics when Eric informs her that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is on his way over!

Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) catches Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) locking lips.
As the week progresses, Theresa tries to avoid Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans). Plus, Theresa packs her belongings but Alex tries to convince her to stay in Salem.
Brady gets a chance to have a make-up date with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater).
Ava needs Stephanie’s help with PR for the Bistro. Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will confront Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who is with Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos).
Stephanie, Tripp, and Wendy work on the scavenger hunt together. Jada vents about Everett to Stephanie and Rafe.
Meanwhile, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) continue reconnecting.
