Days of Our Lives Tuesday, November 12 Recap: Cat Surrenders as Clyde Bait, Leo’s Homewrecker Clue and Gabi Slaps EJ

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 12, reveals that Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) was confused over her release, but Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) said Clyde Weston (James Read) demanded that he hand her over.

Chad insisted he had to know what happened to Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) remains, but Cat wondered if he hated her so much that he’d really surrender her to a hardened criminal.

Although Chad indeed hated Cat, he admitted he wasn’t sending her to her demise.

Instead, Chad wanted to use Cat as bait for a Clyde trap – though he made a prediction about the danger and couldn’t guarantee how things would turn out.

Cat was willing to take the risk and hoped this might lead to news about her hostage mother, too.

However, Cat acknowledged that they’d have to work together on this and wondered if Chad could handle it.

Chad insisted he could under these special circumstances.

At the Horton house on Tuesday’s Days episode, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) showed up since he wanted to find out what happened to Abigail’s body and catch up with his family in Salem.

Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) hugged JJ, who asked how Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) was doing.

After Julie pointed out how sad Doug was about Abigail not being alive, she said he was dealing with a bad cold.

Julie seemed to be holding back when it came to the severity of Doug’s decline. Since Doug was 98, Julie considered every day they had him a miracle.

Talk eventually turned to JJ’s love life, so he admitted he wasn’t seeing anyone at the moment.

Julie felt confident that JJ would find a lovely lady soon since he was so handsome and charismatic.

Although JJ planned to stay at the Salem Inn, Julie convinced him to stay at the Horton house instead.

JJ had some errands to run and promised to pick up dinner for everyone on his way home.

Once JJ left on Tuesday’s Days episode, Chad came back and heard about JJ being their special guest for a while.

Julie also said she was glad she’d never have to see that “conniving succubus” Abigail imposter ever again, but then Cat walked through the door.

In the town square on Tuesday’s DOOL show, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) was distracted by Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) texts as Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) gave her new assistant tasks to accomplish.

After Javi took off, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) taunted Gabi about the end of her marriage, which she blamed him for.

EJ finally decided he’d take the credit if Gabi wanted and gloated about how much he was enjoying this, so Gabi finally slapped him across the face.

Once EJ suggested he could have Gabi arrested for assaulting Salem’s district attorney, she tried to slap him again.

EJ grabbed Gabi’s arm right as JJ appeared and warned him to get his hands off her NOW!

Outside the pub, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) recognized Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) as the actress who was playing Regan Holloway and introduced himself as Body & Soul’s head writer.

Joy realized Leo was the same guy who destroyed her parents’ marriage, so Leo was confused.

After Joy explained that Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) cheated with Leo and broke Nancy Miller’s (Patrika Darbo) heart, he was genuinely sorry about that.

Joy decided she was in no position to judge since she’d become a homewrecker herself lately.

Leo was intrigued at the prospect of some juicy gossip and wanted to know whose home Joy had wrecked.

Once Javi popped up, Joy met him briefly and used the interruption to escape Leo’s questions.

At the hospital on Tuesday’s Days episode, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) kept flashing back to his passionate moments with Joy while Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) were filming their first love scene.

Once the scene was over, Johnny assured Chanel that he was fine with it. However, Johnny wasn’t fine with what he did to Chanel, so he seemed tempted to come clean.

Chanel urged Johnny to stop wallowing in what happened while Alex met Joy elsewhere.

Joy seemed on edge over Alex suggesting she was going to be a thorn in Chanel’s side, but he just meant her character.

Later, Alex gave Chanel updates on Joy’s minor freak-out while Johnny spoke to Joy in private.

Joy looked uneasy as Johnny insisted he had to tell his wife the truth about what they did.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Joy will work to stop the chaos Johnny plans to unleash, so stay tuned.
