Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, January 29, reveals that Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) will open up to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), who was injured at Statesville thanks to Harris Michaels’ (Steve Burton) risky job.
Kate will assume Lucas is still trapped with Clyde Weston’s (James Read) threat hanging over him, but Harris will actually be hiding him in his apartment.
Roman and Kate will peek in the pub on Monday’s DOOL show, so they’ll make a shocking discovery when they realize Lucas is there with Harris instead of in prison.
Days spoilers say Roman and Kate will get updates on Lucas temporarily being holed up in Harris’ place, but Harris will make it clear that this has to stay a secret.
Unfortunately, Lucas will go against Harris’ wishes later during the week of January 29-February 2, so that could set the stage for his upcoming transfer to a monastery.
In the meantime, Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) will let loose with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) as they play truth or dare, so they’ll go a bit wild and release any lingering stress.
Alex may also ask the right questions and try to figure out if Theresa is in love like he is.
Other Days spoilers say Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will alert Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) to how concerned she is about John Black (Drake Hogestyn), who’s dealing with nightmares and seems on edge.
After Marlena shares her fears with Steve, he’ll agree to talk to John and see how he’s really holding up.
That’ll lead to Steve ultimately admitting that Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) knows about John’s past as “The Pawn,” but they won’t realize Konstantin also has a card that could potentially control him.
Over with Everett Lynch (Blake Berris), he’ll stammer and stall as he gears up for a big confession to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).
Days writers want fans to think Everett is about to confess his marriage to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), but Everett will apparently blurt out that he still loves Stephanie instead.
Everett will share how difficult it was recovering from his accident and the coma that followed.
It turns out Everett was diagnosed with something during that time, so he’ll divulge that diagnosis and get some comfort.
Stephanie will hate that she wasn’t able to be there for Everett during his recovery, but he’ll understand since she thought he ghosted her without warning.
As Stephanie tears up over how hard it was to lose Everett, he’ll express how sorry he is that he hurt her.
Since Everett and Stephanie will deepen their bond, he’ll wonder if she’d like to spend the night with him.
Part of Stephanie will be tempted to get intimate with Everett, but she’ll decide to hold off and will appreciate it when he’s quite understanding about that.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will eventually spot Stephanie exiting Everett’s suite, so he’ll grow curious about that news and stir up trouble!
