In tonight’s FBI Most Wanted episode, Ray was having issues with his stepson, Caleb. The two got on well at first. Caleb was glad when Ray married his mom and the problems didn’t crop up until recently. Caleb has started saying he wanted to spend more time with his biological father. He never lived with his dad. His dad doesn’t show up for events or school things.

He was a check every month. He’d send a card for Caleb’s birthday and Caleb couldn’t see that his father never made an effort to do more or be more for him. Lou wasn’t a good guy. He wasn’t like Ray at all. Ray has been more of a father to Caleb than Lou ever has. And Caleb couldn’t see that right now.

Caleb put his absentee father on a pedestal. It was his mother’s fault for keeping them apart. His mother doesn’t understand him. Nor did Ray. They put him in sports and he hated it.

He doesn’t know what he was looking for or what interests him. He was just angry. He needed someone to blame and why not the people that actually love him? He knew they wouldn’t give up on him. It was therefore safe to push the boundaries with them. Caleb was still kicking up a fuss when Ray got called into work.

There’s been a bank robbery. Banks all around the country used Agee Cash Logistics to store their cash offsite. It was heavily secured. It looked like a plan warehouse out front. It was supposed to be a secret that the cash was there and somehow these thieves found out about it. They managed to get past all the security measures.

They even killed a guard and got away with millions. Agee might have been a little too confident in their safety measures. The whole place was being run with a skeleton crew. Jody Baldwin works for the company. She felt they should have hired more men to guard the building.

Jody said as much to the feds when they arrived. Remy and his team were brought in to find the bank robbers. They got lucky when they found DNA at the scene. One of the robbers got shot by a guard.

The feds checked nearby pharmacies to see if the bank robbers grabbed bandages to treat their wounded and they got close enough to almost arrest two of the four men crew. It turns out the thieves had backup planes. Their friends came out of the pharmacy through the back and the other two threw fake money in the air so that everyone was crowding the scene.

The FBI were too late to arrest them. They also tried to collect the money. It took them a while to determine it was fake. The only upside was that they had a familial match for the DNA at the scene.

It belonged to Ronald Perry. He was currently in prison for bank robbery. His sister died when her kids were young. He took them in. He taught them all that he knows about the family business and Mike was in and out of prison thanks to that. Nate doesn’t have a record only he does have spotty IRS history.

Nate was the brains of the operation. Mike was the muscle. According to their uncle Ronald, they broke a cardinal rule when they killed that guard. He loved them like sons and he taught them to never injure anyone on a job. It was his one rule. They still broke it and so he gave the feds information about them.

He helped the feds see that the bank robbery wasn’t a one-off. They later checked Nate’s apartment. It was super clean. He also had an engagement ring on the mantel. His exit plan involves a girlfriend.

It doesn’t seem to involve his brother. Mike was violent. He’s the one that killed the guard the last time. He was also quick to violence when they hit their next target.

They targeted one of Agee’s spots because they knew other delivery trunks will be diverted to a different Agee spot in Charlotte. The bank robbers were going to hit the Charlotte location when suddenly the FBI was hot on their heels. They warned the Charlotte location. They were too late to dos so because the men had already broken into the building.

Nate’s secret girlfriend was Jody. They had plans to flee the country. Mike knew about it and he was hitting her to sell the story when Nate stopped him. The feds saw that footage when they got to the scene.

They saw how Nate protected Jody. They realized she was his girlfriend. They didn’t know how the men planned on leaving that building. It was fully surrounded. The brothers had to threaten to kill a hostage to get them to back up. And the feds used their time during negotiations to scare the brothers.

Remy used their names while talking to them. He told them all about his visit to Uncle Ronald. The feds were surrounding the Charlotte location and so that’s when the brothers enacted their fallback plan. Nate has a plane that was less than six miles away. It could only fit four people. Mike killed a member of the crew to make space.

They then grabbed an armored truck. They broke through the barricade. They were driving up to that airfield even as the feds used every tactic they could to slow them down. They got to the airfield. They were loading money on plane when the feds caught up to them.

Mike didn’t want to go back to prison. He wanted to shoot his way out. Nate didn’t want Jody to get hurt because of Mike. He told Jody to say it was his fault. It was all him. He wanted her to have a lighter sentence. And then he forced his brother to turn himself in.

The bank robbers had been dealt with. Ray got to return home. His wife agreed to Caleb spending time with Lou. Lous got tickets to an up and comer rap artist. It was a concert at a club.

Which Ray didn’t like. He didn’t want his stepson to be around a crowd of drunks. Cora had to talk him down. She just couldn’t stop him for staying awake until Caleb was got home.

THE END!
