Fire Country – Showrunner Adds Insight For What’s To Come

Fire Country’s showrunner, Tia Napolitano recently had a chat with Entertainment Weekly about what’s to come on the drama. Tia notes that the show is going to spend more time with Bode as he sorts through his Genevieve news, and how he will be there for her, moving forward.

As well, episodes will center around Jake (Jordan Calloway), and his role in stepping up to make sure Cara’s (Sabina Gadecki) daughter is taken care of.

After all, Jake’s world came crashing down when Cara shockingly died; a woman who was not only the love of his life but set to become his wife.

As Genevieve has gone through so much loss, Tia states that Jake will want to lessen this for her. She adds that the show is building a new sort of family for the girl, that will “bend and break as she grows”.

Ms. Napolitano also provides insight into what will happen during next week’s show, stating that, there are characters who will gear up to fight for the life of Three Rock, the center of the Fire Country.

She adds a question of who will join the fight and what will Bode’s role in all this be. Fans will have to tune in to find out!
