General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Bailey Louise Jones aka Bailey Lou will return just in time for a family reunion! Bailey Lou has been missing from our screens for quite some time – usually due to napping in the other room or being somewhere else with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) whenever she’s on Grandma duty.
Lincoln and Teddy Sykes previously played Bailey Lou from 2022-2023, but then Bailey Lou disappeared from the canvas.
GH writers also began offering dialogue that made excuses to avoid having Bailey Lou around.
Fortunately, that’s changing now that Riley and Miley Plonski have been cast in the role.
These adorable twins have taken over the part of Bailey Lou, which is exciting news for fans who have been hoping to see Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) youngest daughter again.
It’s great that Bailey Lou is headed back on-screen since Mac Scorpio (John J. York) is about to make his long-awaited Port Charles comeback.
Mac will have a chance to reunite with Bailey Lou and all his other loved ones starting June 19, which also looks like it’ll be Riley and Miley Plonski’s first airdate.
Let’s hope this is the start of Bailey Lou being around more often, especially now that GH is making an effort to put James West (Gary James Fuller) and Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) on-screen more often.
Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is already Georgie’s dad, but he’s become a wonderful father figure and loving presence in the lives of Maxie’s other children as well.
James and Bailey Lou really enjoy having Spinelli around according to Maxie.
Now that Spinelli has decided to move back in Maxie’s house, that’ll open the door to more heartwarming family moments.
Perhaps Spinelli can even adopt James and Bailey Lou one day, but we’ll see how things go!
Regardless, our GH predictions point to a blissful new chapter for Maxie and Spinelli, which will bring some happiness for Bailey Lou, too.
General Hospital spoilers say Spinelli and Maxie could be headed toward the altar eventually, so stay tuned to see if any engagement updates might be looming down the road.
