General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 23, reveal that Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will ask Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to be honest now that multiple people have been criticizing her accent. Between the employee who called it grating and the woman who called in with a complaint, Lois will have good reasons to feel self-conscious.
Lois may end up deciding to step out of the spotlight – at least when it comes to TV appearances.
Perhaps Lois will focus on the trunk shows and other in-person events she’s been doing while Natala Ramirez (Eva LaRue) takes the lead on Home and Heart.
Over with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), he’ll talk to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) about the pain that they can’t shoulder alone.
This is a time when everyone should be banding together, but Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) relationship is crumbling instead.
Molly just flew into a rage and blamed Kristina for the loss of the baby, so she’ll continue to lash out in Friday’s GH episode.
Despite Kristina’s attempts to defend herself, Molly will insist the baby’s demise is on Kristina and refuse to back down.
Molly will also make a promise to Kristina, so she may vow to make her sister pay and could be gearing up for a lawsuit – especially now that Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is back in town.
Sam McCall (temporarily played by Lindsay Hartley) will be shocked over the conflict that escalates in the cemetery, but there won’t be much she can do to restore peace right now.
At some point, Molly will inevitably bring up the custody petition she found and accuse Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) of supporting Kristina over her.
As for Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she’ll vent to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about Kristina and Alexis planning to steal TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) child from him, so there’ll be plenty of fallout from that legal document.
Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will track Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) down to give her some difficult Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan) updates.
Maxie will hear the bad news about Lulu’s liver and worry she might have to goodbye to her friend for good.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will also have a heartfelt conversation as concerns about Lulu grow.
Later, Dante will open up to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about his complex emotions and worry about how Lulu’s declining condition is going to affect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr).
Finally, Friday’s GH preview video features a mystery prisoner, so could it be revealed that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is being held against his will somewhere?
The timing fits for Lucky’s comeback, so Laura may get a shock if she realizes her son is in trouble.
