General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, December 9, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have some thoughts on how to make Ava Jerome (Maura West) pay despite her not guilty verdict. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will be all ears as Sonny delivers a very tempting proposal.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will make an offer of her own to Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), but Molly will feel the need to pass along a warning.
If Alexis dares to side with Kristina over Molly in their latest feud, Molly will fear Kristina could cut all ties with their mom.
Meanwhile, there’ll be lots of fun holiday happenings in Rice Plaza, where Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will do his part to spread the Christmas spirit.
Even Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will get in on the holiday action.
Liz will be feeling especially festive, so Lucky will tease her by acting like there must’ve been a body snatcher who replaced her.
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will make an appearance during all the holly jolliness on Monday’s episode, so look for him to get a little pre-Christmas treat.
Unfortunately, Dex will also have a tense encounter with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and may get too suspicious for his own good.
Cyrus will insist he wasn’t at GH to see Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) on Halloween, but was he there to give Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) that massive overdose of digitalis?
That’s something Dex could start to wonder about if he puts his thinking cap on.
Cyrus might decide to wipe Dex off the map if he worries the rookie cop’s going to click too many puzzle pieces into place.
Regardless, Dex has some medical drama coming up.
Thanks to a leaked behind-the-scenes pic, we have confirmation that Dex is going to be hospitalized soon – and it could be Cyrus’ doing after this strained interaction.
In Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) office, she’ll greet Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) when he comes to share in her happiness over Lulu’s awakening.
However, Martin will also get updates on some disturbing news since Laura will tell him about Cyrus’ deception at Turning Woods.
Cyrus convinced the staff that he was authorized to give orders regarding Lulu’s care, so Laura will wonder about her twisted half-brother’s motives.
Laura will ultimately insist something isn’t going to work, so she may shut down some idea of Martin’s.
Then again, maybe Laura will suggest that Cyrus’ attempt to be part of her family just isn’t going to work instead!
Either way, General Hospital spoilers say Laura will catch up with Martin and make some predictions about Cyrus causing more trouble.
