General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) didn’t do herself any favors by leaking that secret recording of Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue). Sadly, the show’s mostly focusing on Ava’s role as the leaker instead of focusing on what a bigot Natalia is!
This storyline definitely feels like another way to have everyone gang up on Ava, but things are about to get even worse.
When Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) spoke with Ava in the July 3 episode, he expressed doubt about being able to win the custody case.
For Ava to have much hope, Scott suggested that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would either have to get caught on camera killing someone or have a nervous breakdown in public.
Now it seems like Scott has planted an idea in Ava’s head, so she may help Sonny’s nervous breakdown along and set the stage for a very public meltdown.
During the week of July 8-12, GH spoilers say Ava will make a risky move.
We’ll see Ava do something that’s downright dangerous, so this may tie in with her agenda regarding Sonny’s mental state.
Ava already knows that Sonny has been on weakened meds for months.
Sonny is obviously still able to function, but Ava must realize it wouldn’t be too hard to push him over the edge.
Could Ava’s risky move involve breaking in Sonny’s penthouse or perhaps making an excuse to get inside?
Will Ava take a page out of her own playbook by swapping Sonny’s meds out with placebos?
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time Ava has done something like that.
Ava still faces criticism to this day for switching Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) own bipolar pills with placebos, which contributed to him going off the rails before his demise.
Since we know Bryan Craig will be reprising his role as Morgan for an episode in August, he might haunt Ava for doing the same thing to his father!
Morgan has popped up in Ava’s nightmare before and could do it again.
On the other hand, it’s possible Morgan will be part of Sonny’s public nervous breakdown if he hallucinates his son or something along those lines.
It all depends on how GH writers want to use Morgan and whether Ava’s plan will succeed.
Whatever the case, Ava is sure to face major backlash once the truth about her actions is exposed.
