General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that it took some creative maneuvering, but Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) managed to score a spot at the upcoming symposium that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) got invited to. Although Brad is scheming for love’s sake, his plan just might go wrong!
In the December 10 episode, Brad spilled the news that he’d be attending the symposium as well and caught Lucas off guard.
Although Brad claimed he just wanted to give Lucas a heads-up, Lucas acted like it’d be fine if they saw each other there since they’re colleagues.
However, it’s obvious that Brad’s hoping to turn this Miami trip into one where he has some fun in the sun with his ex!
Brad wants to use this opportunity to spend some extra time with Lucas and grow closer to him, but his seduction plot could hit some snags.
For starters, it’s possible Lucas will end up bailing on attending the symposium.
As more drama erupts at GH, Lucas might feel the need to hang back and be there for the rest of the staff.
Brad might try to wiggle out of the symposium too, but Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) might insist on making him go.
Since Brad wanted to attend so badly, Portia may argue that he has to honor the commitment he made.
That could leave lonely Brad flying solo while he pines for Lucas and wonders what he’s doing back home.
Of course, it’s also possible Brad and Lucas will both end up attending the symposium after all.
In that case, Brad might make his move with Lucas during a moment alone and get rejected.
There’s even a chance Brad will catch Lucas taking another man back to his suite or something along those lines.
Brad might have to watch Lucas mix business and pleasure with someone else at the symposium instead.
Whatever the case, there are a lot of ways Brad’s plan could blow up in his face.
