General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is prepared to do something drastic if Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) can’t get off the hook. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) recently voiced concerns about Alexis’ situation, but Sonny made it clear that he knows what he has to do.
Sonny still believes that finding the dumped weapon could be the best way to clear Alexis’ name.
However, Sonny also realizes there’s no guarantee that weapon will ever turn up – and if it doesn’t, there may be no way to prove Alexis’ innocence.
That’s why Sonny plans to turn himself in if there’s no other path out of this mess.
Sonny won’t let Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) mother go down for a crime she didn’t commit, so he’s ready to come clean to the cops if need be.
During the week of October 7-11, Sonny will give Kristina some important updates, so he may tell her exactly what he told Carly.
Since Sonny basically confirmed to Kristina that he’s to blame for Agent John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) demise, he may acknowledge that he’s the one who deserves to go down if someone has to.
Kristina won’t want to see Sonny land behind bars, but she doesn’t want to see Alexis remain stuck there either.
This is a terrible dilemma that Kristina will have a hard time dealing with, especially after everything she’s been through in recent months.
Next, Sonny will get in touch with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to deliver some crucial orders.
Perhaps Sonny will be getting all his ducks in a row – just in case he’s forced to go through with his confession idea.
We’ll also see Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) try to intervene while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) shows reluctance to cooperate.
Could Jason and Michael essentially team up to stop Sonny’s police confession?
It’s easy to imagine Michael and Jason working to convince Sonny that he doesn’t need to go this far just yet.
Sonny turning himself in will feel like the worst-case scenario, so that may be happening too soon as far as Jason and Michael are concerned.
Regardless, Sonny will reach a significant choice before the week of October 7-11 winds down.
It may leave Sonny ready to walk into the PCPD and announce that he’s responsible for taking John down permanently.
