General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) sudden demise has raised tons of questions since she was perfectly fine after the surgery. Sam came through her part of the transplant procedure with flying colors, so everyone’s been baffled over how things went so wrong in the end.
Sam had a heart attack that ultimately took her life, but that doesn’t make sense to the people she left behind.
Since Sam was quite healthy, her loved ones are still looking for answers about what really happened.
Of course, GH fans would like to get some answers, too! What seems like an unfortunate medical complication may be something far more sinister once an investigation plays out.
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will be haunted over not being able to save Sam, so he’ll dig for the truth and may not stop until he gets it!
There’s been speculation that Sam’s fatal outcome is connected to the grim fate that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) almost faced.
Is the person who powered down Lulu’s ventilator the same person who wiped Sam off the map? If so, who’s the murderer and how did they pull off Sam’s sad twist?
It’s possible that the rumblings about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) putting digitalis in Sam’s IV bag will be proven accurate.
However, it’s also possible another culprit will be revealed depending on what revelations might come to light.
Regardless, GH writers will inevitably solve this mystery sooner or later.
Once that happens, you can bet that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will want revenge.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will obviously want payback as well, but Sonny may think it’s best to keep him out of this.
Since Dante will already be drowning in grief and trying to stay strong for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr), Sonny may handle this for him – especially considering Dante is a cop.
As for Jason, he’s Sonny’s right-hand man and no doubt considers Sam his true love. Jason will inevitably be involved once a revenge plot gets underway.
If Jason and Sonny score proof of foul play, they’ll go after the person responsible for Sam’s demise with everything they’ve got.
If that person is Cyrus, he’ll be in more danger than he’s ever been in. Sonny already hates Cyrus’ guts, but this could really seal the deal on Cyrus losing his life.
