General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 21, reveal that a potential complication has come up regarding Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) transplant surgery, but Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will find a way to make her odds better. We’ll see Lucky show off his persuasive side, so the procedure will move ahead as planned.
Next, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will track down Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), so he might have some updates for them when it comes to Lulu’s ventilator drama.
Liz will also have some advice for Lucas on Monday’s GH episode, so we’ll see if maybe there’s some talk about Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), too.
Over with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), he’ll push Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) for answers about their daughter and why she kept the secret for so long.
Holly will be full of excuses, but Robert may find it difficult to forgive her deception anytime soon.
Of course, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) isn’t convinced that Holly is telling the truth, so she’ll await the DNA results from the WSB lab.
In the meantime, Sasha will talk to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about this mess and insist she won’t let Holly take Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) away from her.
However, it’s looking more and more like the DNA results will prove Robert and Sasha are a father-daughter match. Sasha may ultimately have to face the facts when it comes to Cody being her first cousin.
As for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), she’ll share important news with her exes on Monday’s episode.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) will both find out about Sam donating part of her liver to save Lulu.
The preview video shows Jason insisting he’ll do exactly what Sam asks him to do, so she may have some request regarding Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
Sam expects to need some downtime after the surgery, so she may push Jason to step up for Danny a bit more.
Sam might also acknowledge that surgeries like this always come with risks and make Jason promise he won’t bail on Danny again if anything happens to her.
Meanwhile, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will seem hopeful as he chats with Cody at the Quartermaine stables, but Cody will wonder who he’s trying to convince. Perhaps Cody will think Dante is nervous about the transplant deep down.
Unfortunately, Sam’s procedure will set the stage for her fatal outcome, so stick with us for more predictions on the crushing moments to come.
Until then, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) will finish saying farewell at the Quartermaine mansion since she’s headed off to live with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in Seattle.
Since Violet couldn’t leave without telling Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) goodbye, she’ll share some heartfelt scenes with her soon enough.
