General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) recently had a strategy session to discuss their O’Neill (Jeff Leaf) problem.
Assuming they can convince the FBI to keep O’Neill at Pentonville instead of transferring him somewhere else, the guy’s still not talking.
O’Neill can identify the shooter that he sold to and remains the best lead that the PCPD has at this point. Unfortunately, O’Neill isn’t willing to divulge anything to law enforcement.
That’s why Jordan suggested using an informant instead. Dante acknowledged that they could perhaps strike a deal with someone for a reduced sentence in exchange for securing information.
Of course, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) immediately comes to mind since he’s a low-risk prisoner who could use the chance to score an early release.
It’s easy to imagine Nikolas agreeing to help if it means getting out of the slammer sooner.
Although Nikolas is letting Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) adopt Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), his son still matters a great deal to him.
The goal is for Nikolas to turn his life around and become a good man that Ace can be proud of.
GH spoilers say that could be a selling point for Nikolas on this whole arrangement with the PCPD as well.
It’d be an opportunity for Nikolas to go from breaking the law to helping catch the bad guys instead.
Anna knows it could take some time to work out the details, but the cops don’t have a lot of other options at this point.
This may be their best bet when it comes to scoring more intel, so it’ll be interesting to see if Nikolas can indeed help.
Will Nikolas officially sign on and become a secret police informant? Will O’Neill meet his new cellmate soon and get manipulated into spilling some big news?
